Misty Valley Stables is pleased to offer a boarding situation tailored to you and your horse's individual needs. Both full care and partial care board is available.

Horses have either 12'X12' stalls or 12'X10' stalls with attached runs. All stalls have open fronts so the horses can feel part of the barn activity. Stalls are cleaned daily and bedded with fresh, clean sawdust.

Horses are fed three times daily. A custom feeding program is designed for each horse, and adapted as needed for work load and condition. Your supplements and medications are fed at no additional charge. Most horses in full-care board are fed Strategy, Ultium, Purina Equine Senior, and/or alfalfa pellets as well as Millennium Gold Vitamin and Mineral Supplement. Depending on their needs and preferences, horses receive either premium orchardgrass hay, local hay, or some of each. Each horse's custom feed plan is adjusted as often as necessary for optimum health. The mental and physical well-being of your horse is our primary concern!

Each stall includes the use of a tack locker as well.

To be fair to everyone, boarding fees vary based on the services you would like such as: whether you clean your own stall, blanketing, extra turnout, feeding program, training, et cetera. Please contact us for a detailed fee schedule for boarding, or to be placed on our waiting list.
