Misty Valley Stables believes in tailoring a lesson program to each individual rider and horse. Teaching methods employ the best of classical dressage, natural horsemanship, and other methods. Students may take lessons on their own horses (board or trailer in) or on school horses.

Lessons are available for beginners to advanced students. All ages are welcome! While many of the students at Misty Valley focus on dressage, jumping lessons are also available. We also like to ensure that all students (and their horses!) are comfortable on trails. Both private and group lessons are available.

Coaching at shows and show preparation is available, but not required. Our goal is for you to have fun meeting your riding goals, whether those goals are safe, quiet trail ride on your young horse, or a blue ribbon at dressage show, or learning to successfully jump a course.

Evening and weekend lesson slots are available to accommodate busy school and work schedules!
